Backup data is not actively used or processed. Backups are automatically deleted according to our hosting provider's retention policies. This is standard industry practice and compliant with data protection laws.

Important Limitations on Deletion

Due to legal requirements, we cannot delete:

• GST Invoice Data - Must be retained for 6 years as per Indian GST Act. This includes your name, transaction amount, date, and state as they appear on the invoice.
• Payment Transaction Records - Required for accounting and tax compliance
• Email Delivery Logs - Maintained by our email service provider (Resend) for their operational purposes
• Payment Processing Records - Maintained by Razorpay as per their retention policies

We will delete or anonymize your data to the extent legally permissible, but some information must be retained to comply with Indian tax laws and accounting standards.

How to Exercise Your Rights
