💡How do I enable voice counting?
Open the app, and you'll see a switch to enable voice mode on the main screen. Make sure to grant microphone permission when prompted. Voice counting works completely offline.
💡Why isn't voice counting working?
First, ensure microphone permission is granted in your device settings. Then check that the voice switch is enabled in the app. Voice counting works best in a quiet environment. Try speaking at a normal volume close to your device.
💡How do I restore my purchase?
Premium purchases are tied to your Google Play account. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, open the app and go to the premium section - your purchase should be automatically restored. If not, ensure you're signed into the same Google account.
💡Can I export my counting data?
Yes! Go to the History section in the app and tap the Export button. This will export your counting history to a CSV file on your device's internal storage. You can then open, share, or back up this file as needed.
💡How do I create custom counters?
Go to the Custom tab in the app, tap the '+' button to create a new counter. You can set a name, goal count, and iterations for each custom counter.
💡Why does my count reset?
The count resets when you reach your goal and complete all iterations. If you want to preserve your progress, you can view your history in the Statistics section. The total count is always saved.
💡Does the app work offline?
Yes! The app works 100% offline, including the voice counting feature. No internet connection is required for any functionality.
💡How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled through Google Play. Go to your Google Play purchase history, find the Chant Counter purchase, and request a refund within Google's refund window (usually 48 hours for most purchases).
