Why does Windows warn about this?

Windows trusts an installer once its publisher has bought a code signing certificate, or once enough people have downloaded that exact file for it to build a reputation. WisdomBill is new and we have not bought a certificate yet, so it has neither.

That is all the warning is measuring. Microsoft Defender did not scan the file and find something in it — the message would say so if it had. It is telling you it has not seen this installer before.

We would rather tell you that plainly than have you meet the screen with no explanation. If you would still prefer not to proceed, the Android app is free on Google Play and needs none of this.
